When should I visit?
-
We expect the Tulip Trail to be available for approximately 3 weeks, weather dependent. Follow our social media for real-time bloom updates! Each week brings new varieties into bloom.

Where is The Tulip Trail located?
-
The event takes place at our Belleville Farm: 951 South Green Mount Road, Belleville, IL 62220. Guests will check in at the big red barn, located north of the Garden Center at the top of the hill.

What are ticket prices?
-
Weekdays: $14 online | $19 at the gate
Weekends: $18 online | $24 at the gate
Guests age 2 and under may enter free of charge.Save money by purchasing online in advance!

Can I purchase tickets at the event?

We strongly recommend buying your tickets online in advance to secure your spot. Tickets will be available at the gate only if the event has not sold out online. Please note that gate pricing is significantly higher regardless of the date selected.

What's included?

Your ticket includes round-trip wagon ride, unlimited time in the tulip fields, access to all photo areas, on-site activities, and parking. Beverages available for purchase at the seasonal bar.

Can I bring food & drink?

Outside food isn’t allowed. But no worries, you’ll find tasty eats throughout the farm, and both the seasonal bar and Cider Shed offer seasonal drinks and snacks for purchase.

Is the trail wheelchair/stroller accessible?
-
The wagon ride to the trail is accessible and we’re glad to assist with boarding. Once you’re on the trail, be aware it’s gravel so some mobility devices may find it a bit tricky. Many still manage just fine, but we want to set expectations. If bringing a stroller, we recommend a running stroller.

What happens if it rains?

We keep a close eye on the weather leading up to each event. If conditions become severe or unsafe, The Tulip Trail may be canceled. In that case, guests will have the option to receive a refund or reschedule their visit. Please note, if the event remains open and you choose not to attend, refunds will not be issued.

Can I bring my pet?

Pets on a leash are welcome outdoors at The Tulip Trail! However, inside the restaurant and Country Store, only service animals are permitted.

What if I am running late?

That’s okay, Late arrivals are still welcome!

What is the estimated walking distance?

The walking trail is approximately a half mile long.

Do you offer refunds?
-
Refunds are only provided if the Tulip Trail is closed due to hazardous weather. If you need to switch your event date, please call 618-233-0513 x 0 or email tickets@eckerts.com. Requests must be submitted prior to your scheduled visit. Requests made after your scheduled date will not be accepted.

What forms of payments are accepted?

Admission, food and drink stands, and souvenir stations at the Tulip Trail accept credit card only. Cash or Credit Cards can be used at the Country Store, Restaurant and Cider Shed.

Ticketing Guidelines
- Tickets are required for guests ages 2 and up unless otherwise noted.
- Tickets are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend your scheduled date/time, requests must be submitted prior to your scheduled visit. Requests made after your scheduled date will not be accepted.
- If the farm is closed or the event is cancelled, you will be refunded or asked to reschedule. No shows and self-cancellations will not be refunded.
- If an event is cancelled or the farm is closed due to weather, you will be notified via text or email.
- Season passes are non-refundable and non-transferable
- Ticket orders cannot be split from their original purchase amount. For example. Four of your six tickets cannot be moved to a different date.
Purchase Protection
Purchase protection is offered by a 3rd party company to protect your ticket and offer a refund if you are unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances.
