Katie is a member of the 8th generation of the Eckert family. After earning a bachelor’s degree in Agricultural & Consumer Economics from the University of Illinois in 2016, Katie worked at a marketing consulting firm for 5 years before joining Eckert’s full-time in 2021. She oversees the operations at the Belleville store, where she manages day-to-day activities and scheduling. In addition, she has helped manage the Millstadt Fun Farm and St. Louis Market.
Outside of work, Katie enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time with her husband Jon, daughter Ellie, and their dog Lily in Columbia, IL.
