Jack is a member of the 8th generation of the Eckert family and has been working full-time in the business since 2022. He graduated from Murray State University with a B.S. in Agricultural Business and oversees all farm production across every Eckert’s location.
Jack started his career in Kentucky where he worked as a crop consultant and salesman in the row crop industry for several years. He is also a current board member for the Illinois State Horticulture Society.
In his spare time, he enjoys hunting and fishing, playing golf, and spending time with his wife Kailey and their golden retriever, Trace.
