Ingredients
- 2 cups diced peaches
- 2 cups water
- 2 cups sweetener
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients and stir over medium low heat until your sweetener dissolves.
- Cover and let the ingredients come to a low boil.
- Let simmer for 10-15 minutes stirring occasionally.
- Cut heat and let cool (for the most peach flavor let sit for an hour)
- Strain in a fine mesh strainer and use a wooden spoon to press down the pulp and extract the remaining juices.
- Transfer to a jar or syrup bottle and store in the fridge for up to 14 days!
