Perfect to flavor your cocktails, coffee, lemonade, green teas, or mix into ice cream! The secret to the perfect syrup? A simple 1:1:1 ratio. We doubled the recipe to make a pint-sized batch because you can never have too much peach goodness!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups diced peaches
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 cups sweetener

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients and stir over medium low heat until your sweetener dissolves.
  2. Cover and let the ingredients come to a low boil.
  3. Let simmer for 10-15 minutes stirring occasionally.
  4. Cut heat and let cool (for the most peach flavor let sit for an hour)
  5. Strain in a fine mesh strainer and use a wooden spoon to press down the pulp and extract the remaining juices.
  6. Transfer to a jar or syrup bottle and store in the fridge for up to 14 days!
