Join us at Eckert’s Orchard in Versailles to transform seasonal fruits into small-batch jams for the refrigerator or freezer. During this class, Farm Manager, Megan Fields will show you how to whip up the most delicious strawberry jam using homegrown strawberries right from our farm. $15/person and includes a half-pint of strawberry jam and a sample of apple cider.
