Strawberry Jam Class

Join us at Eckert’s Orchard in Versailles to transform seasonal fruits into small-batch jams for the refrigerator or freezer. During this hands-on class, Farm Manager, Megan Fields will show you how to whip up the most delicious strawberry jam using homegrown strawberries right from our farm. Includes a half-pint of strawberry jam and a sample of apple cider.
