Fresh Fruit Salsa with Baked Cinnamon Crisps
Who doesn’t love fresh fruit salsa? This colorful, refreshing dish is one of our favorite ways to celebrate strawberry season. Simple to make, but full of vibrant flavor, our Strawberry Salsa is a go-to recipe we love to prepare with just-picked berries from the farm.
We often pair this salsa with fresh-made deli chips from our Country Store, but for a sweeter spin, try our Baked Cinnamon Crisps made from flour tortillas. The combo of ripe fruit, citrusy zing, and a touch of warm spice makes this a perfect snack, party dish, or after-school treat.

Our Growing Method: Why Eckert’s Strawberries Shine
Our berries are grown using a method called plasticulture. This technique involves planting strawberry plants in raised beds covered with a thin layer of plastic. The beds promote proper drainage during rainy periods, keeping the berries from sitting in water, while also controlling weeds and warming the soil for optimal growth. The result? Plump, juicy, flavorful berries you can taste in every bite of this salsa.
