Cooking good food is a passion that we love to share! Join us in our state-of-the-art cooking classroom as we educate the novice to the seasoned chef about ingredients and techniques, with new recipes as well as those that have been tried-and-tested throughout generations of the Eckert family. Our observational and hands-on cooking classes are a fun, and we offer classes each month of the year!

Wine Classes

Whether you are a wine connoisseur or a newbie, our wine classes are tailored to educate and entertain anyone seeking to expand their knowledge of wine as well as the best food pairings to accompany different varietals. Click on an event below for details or to make reservations.

 Adult Cooking Classes

Enjoyable and instructional classes that will broaden your familiarity with ingredients and techniques to make recipes. Most classes are observational, and all classes include sample-size tastings of the recipes made as well as recipe cards to take home.

Lunch & Learn Classes

Spend your lunch hour learning how to make three new recipes in these 1-hour observational classes. Invite a friend or co-worker! Lunch portions of the recipes will be served.

Kid’s Cooking Classes – Ages 5-12 (Adults are Free)

These hands-on classes will boost your child’s confidence and willingness to help out  in the kitchen as we have fun learning about and making recipes with seasonal ingredients.

Mommy & Me Classes Ages 2-5 (Adults are Free)

With a little help from Mom or Dad, these hands-on cooking classes will give your budding chef a great start in the kitchen! (Participating adult chaperone required.)
